1. How do I place an order for books?
Once you’ve selected the books you’d like to purchase, simply fill out the order form. We will review your order and contact you shortly with confirmation and payment details.

2. How do I make a payment?
We currently process payments manually. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or message with instructions on how to complete the payment through a secure method (such as bank transfer, UPI, or another manual payment option).

3. When will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once we receive your order, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm the details and provide payment information.

4. How long will it take to receive my books?
After your payment is confirmed, we typically process and ship orders within 5-6 business days (depending on the availability of the book). Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your order is shipped.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on your location and the size of your order. We will inform you of the shipping cost once your order is confirmed.

7. Do you ship internationally?

8. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

9. Can I cancel my order after payment?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible perhaps the same day. If the order has not been processed for printing and is not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a refund if applicable.

10. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of the shipped products.
